This page explains the rules that apply when you use korvenium.com and Korvenium products. Korvenium is the trading name of Koray Güven SARI, an independent software developer based in Türkiye, who runs the site and the products (contact: [email protected]). If you use the site, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Use of the site

You may browse the site for personal or commercial purposes, read its content and share its links. You may not:

• Do anything that harms the site or its infrastructure, or blocks access to it.
• Carry out unauthorised automated bulk data collection (scraping) or republishing.
• Use site content in your own name without showing that it belongs to Korvenium.
• Use the site in any way that breaks the laws in force.

Content and trademark rights

The names Korvenium, OBA and the former names Korvenia and Korvenia Builder, as well as the texts, images, videos, design and code on the site, belong to Korvenium. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from them without permission. Short quotations with a source credit are allowed.

Products in beta

Some Korvenium products and services are offered in beta. During the beta:

• Features may change or be removed without prior notice.
• Outages, bugs and data loss may occur; back up important data yourself.
• No specific uptime or performance guarantee is given.

Scope of use

For paid Korvenium products, the right of use and its limits are shown clearly at the purchase step.

Products are provided "as is"

Korvenium products and site content are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. No express or implied warranty is given as to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.

Limitation of liability

Korvenium is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from the use of its products. Information on the site is for information purposes; do your own checks before making a decision.

The site may link to other sites. Korvenium is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date above is renewed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In any dispute, the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the remedies granted to you by consumer legislation are reserved.
