Privacy and KVKK Notice
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This notice explains which personal data is collected on the Korvenium website, why it is collected and what rights you have. It is kept short, because the data collected is short too.
Data controller
The data controller is Koray Güven SARI, an independent software developer based in Türkiye trading as Korvenium. For any question, request or application about this notice: [email protected]
What data we process, and why
There is no form on the site. If you write to us by email, you give us the following:
- Name (if you wrote it) — so we know how to address you.
- Email address — so we can reply to your message.
- Message text — so we understand what you are asking.
This data is used only to reply to you. It is not processed for any other purpose, is not added to a marketing list and is not sold. No personal data is collected from you anywhere else on the site.
Legal basis
This processing is based on our legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law): it is necessary so that we can reply to the message you sent us.
Retention period
We keep your message until our correspondence ends, and for at most 2 years. If you want it deleted sooner, just write to us. When the period ends or the purpose no longer exists, the data is deleted.
Who it is shared with
Your message reaches us as an email. For that reason, the email provider we use (Google / Gmail) is technically a data processor. Apart from that, your data is not shared with third parties and is not separately transferred abroad — the email service's own infrastructure is the exception to this.
If a legal obligation arises (a request from a court or an authorised public body), data is shared only within the scope of that request.
Cookies
The site does not use cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site. This tool does not set cookies, does not track you across sites and does not identify you; it only measures aggregate information such as page views, referring page, country, browser and device type. In this measurement, Cloudflare acts as a data processor.
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it.
- To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred.
- To ask for the data to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
- To ask for the data to be deleted or destroyed.
- To ask for corrections and deletions to be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to.
- To object to the outcome of the processing and, if you suffered damage, to claim compensation.
How to use these rights
Send an email to [email protected], stating your request clearly. Your application will be answered within 30 days at the latest. If identity verification is needed, only as much information as is enough to verify the request will be asked for.
Updates to this notice
No account data, payment data or app usage data is collected through this site. If this scope changes, the notice will be extended and the update date above will be renewed.
This notice is for information purposes and does not replace legal advice. A lawyer's opinion will be obtained for its final version.
