OBA

Release notes

What changed in each OBA release, newest first. The files and their SHA-256 are on the download page. OBA was called Korvenia Builder until October 2026.

OBA 1.5.0

· GitHub Release ↗

This release rebuilds the village square: the village now has a three-dimensional voxel view and sits on a mountain top rising out of the clouds.

Voxel square

  • New default view: The Village Square opens as a 3D village made of small cubes. It sits on a mountain top; a cascade steps down the slope and the foot of the mountain fades into a sea of clouds.
  • Classic view stays: The old pixel square can be chosen in Settings → Appearance. Switching between the two is animated.
  • Light follows the clock: The square follows your computer's clock with its own light, shadows and sky for morning, noon, evening and night. At night torches and windows light up.
  • Houses and villagers: Each house can take one of four looks and has a name plate. Agents walk as modular voxel villagers; the Muhtar carries a staff. The agent list and windows show portraits of the same villagers.
  • Interaction: Click a house and the camera flies to it while its walls open to show the inside. Zoom and drag with the mouse, and rotate the square with the right button. The camera keeps the village centred as you zoom.
  • Quality setting: Settings → Appearance offers Low, Medium and High. Low turns off effects and spray on weaker graphics cards.

OBA 1.4.0

· GitHub Release ↗

This release is a bundle of fixes and improvements: you see more clearly what agents are doing, you manage the village more easily from your phone and keyboard, and the voice Muhtar knows the village better.

Watching agents

  • Command pulse: While an agent runs a shell command, a "[Agent] running command… (14s)" line shows in Live view, above the chat and on the agent card. Long commands are marked "taking long", stuck ones "may be stuck".
  • Open servers: Preview servers left running by agents are listed in Board → Tasks. Stop each with one click, or use "Keep open" to leave it running after the agent finishes. The village itself and running agents are never touched.
  • Changes: A button on a finished task card opens the files the task changed and coloured line diffs without leaving the village.
  • Desktop news card: When the window is minimised or behind others and an agent asks a question or a big task finishes, a small card appears in a screen corner. You can answer the question from there in one click. Turn it on or off in Settings → Notifications.

Board and navigation

  • Stop or cancel a task: Stop a running task from the board and resume it later, or cancel it. The board gained a Schedules tab and a summary you can produce on demand or daily at a set time.
  • Ctrl+K command palette: Houses, agents, memory notes, open cards and common actions in one search box.
  • File links: File paths written by agents are now clickable everywhere, even when the file is written later. The Files tab has a "Show in folder" button.
  • Renaming a house moves its memory: When you rename a house, its memory hub, log and links in notes follow the new name; no second hub is opened under the new name.

Telegram

  • Bot messages are consistent and readable. From your phone you can stop, resume and cancel tasks, start and stop the roadmap, retry or skip a stuck item, and resume right away when quota frees up.

Voice Muhtar

  • Starts each call knowing the village: houses, agents, the board, pending questions and the last 24 hours of conversations. Written and voice Muhtar share one memory; lasting decisions go into long-term memory.
  • If it says "done" without doing the work, the village corrects it. Calls no longer mix into the chat; they live in a single voice log.
  • Hears its name much faster: reaction to the name alone dropped from about 4 seconds to under half a second.

Models, quota and memory

  • "Try" on CLIs now tests the model with a real turn; a model that does not work shows a warning, and working models are no longer hidden by mistake.
  • The quota brake is set in Settings → CLI (75–98%). When quota runs out a task no longer closes silently; it waits in the quota queue.
  • Settings → Semantic search has a local measurement box showing how well memory is being found.

OBA 1.3.0

· GitHub Release ↗

Korvenia Builder is now called OBA. Your village, agents, houses and memory stay as they are; only the name and the app's identity in Windows changed.

  • New name: The window, tray, Start menu, installer and About now say OBA. The plan is now called OBA Pro. Korvenium stays as the company name.
  • Your village moves: On first launch OBA moves your village data from %APPDATA%\Korvenia Builder to %APPDATA%\OBA. Your API keys, sign-ins and plan come with it; you do not need to sign in again.
  • One app in the program list: The installer removes the old Korvenia Builder itself (without touching your village data). The app now lives in Programs\OBA.

Before you update

  1. Close the old app completely: Start the update from the app with "Restart and update", or, if you run the installer yourself, first right-click the tray icon next to the clock and choose Quit. Closing the window is not enough; the village keeps running in the tray. While the old app is running OBA cannot move your village; it says so and closes. Quit the old one and open OBA again.
  2. Pin the taskbar icon again: Windows treats the new identity as a different app, so a pinned Korvenia Builder icon disappears or stops opening. With OBA open, right-click its taskbar icon and choose Pin to taskbar. Desktop and Start menu shortcuts are renewed on their own.

OBA 1.2.0

· GitHub Release ↗

This release is mostly about security. The village's code went through four audit rounds; all 28 findings were fixed or accepted with a written reason. We recommend updating.

  • Agents' memory is protected: Your profile and rule/decision notes can only be written in work that started from your own message; scheduled jobs, roadmap runs and work from other houses cannot change them.
  • Cloned repositories no longer run code on their own: A repo's own Claude settings (command hooks, MCP servers) are not loaded by default; you can turn them on in house settings.
  • Stricter command filter: Agents can no longer run code embedded in the command line or via hidden command-running options; everyday commands are unaffected.
  • The village browser stays off your local network: No router, local servers or cloud metadata addresses. Web page text is fenced as "data, not instructions", and screenshots stay out of the repository.
  • Sturdier phone connection: Someone else's wrong attempts no longer lock your phone out; requests from other sites are refused.
  • Bug reports send less: File paths, house/connection names and random-looking keys are removed; log lines are not sent by default.
  • Clearer warnings: First-run setup shows the "run without asking" setting openly; there are warnings for Antigravity and an unencrypted key store.
  • Team strip: Handing out work no longer opens a window per part; a card in the chat shows each agent's status.
  • Electron updated: The latest browser-engine security patches.

OBA 1.1.0

· GitHub Release ↗

  • Sales are open: OBA Pro (monthly, yearly) and Lifetime can now be bought. The free plan has 1 house, 2 agents and no GitHub connection. You can upgrade from inside the app or from the plan cards on the site; the new limits apply without a restart. Houses and agents over the limit are never deleted: they turn read-only and you choose which ones stay open. OBA keeps working for 7 more days without an internet connection.
  • Push approval inside the village: The approval before pushing to GitHub now comes as the village's own question instead of a Windows dialog box. "Always allow this agent" survives a restart.
  • One-click bug reports: If you are signed in with your Korvenium account, "Send" delivers the report straight to us and gives you a report number. If you are not signed in, your mail program opens as before.
  • Taskbar icon: On some installs the taskbar showed the Electron icon instead of OBA's. Fixed.

OBA 1.0.1

· GitHub Release ↗

  • Codex: The Codex CLI's remaining quota now shows in the usage window. The bridge, broken by Codex CLI 0.162, is fixed: agents can write files and reach the board and memory again.
  • Clickable file paths: Clicking a file path an agent wrote in chat opens the file in the village's own editor.
  • Files panel: A crowded folder no longer hides the rest of the project.
  • Legal texts: The licence agreement and privacy notice were updated: full refund within 14 days without a reason, KVKK/GDPR notice, and the name of the licensor and data controller.

OBA 1.0.0

· GitHub Release ↗

The first stable release.

New

  • Korvenium account. Settings → Accounts → Sign in opens the korvenium.com sign-in in your browser. The session is stored encrypted in the Windows vault.
  • Free and Pro plans. Free: 1 house, 2 agents, GitHub off. OBA Pro ($12/month, $120/year) and Korvenium Pass lift the limits. Upgrade from inside the app, pay with Polar, and Pro switches on without a restart; Manage subscription opens the Polar customer portal. Limits are not applied until sales open: in 1.0.0 every feature is open to everyone; the release that opens sales will be announced.
  • Works offline. Your plan is checked with a signed 7-day ticket; without internet it stays valid for 7 more days after it expires.
  • Nothing is lost when Pro ends. You choose which houses and agents stay active; the rest is kept read-only, never deleted.
  • English interface. The language follows Windows on first launch and can be changed in Settings → General without a restart. Ready-made teams and the Muhtar follow the interface language.
  • Automatic updates. New versions download in the background and offer "Restart and update". Turn it off in Settings → General; Check for updates is always there. Updates never install while an agent is working.
  • First-run guide. Language, account, an installed CLI, things to know and your first house, in five steps.
  • Bilingual installer. The setup wizard opens in English or Turkish and asks on uninstall whether to delete your village data (default: keep it).
  • End-user licence agreement and privacy notice in English and Turkish, in the installer and in Settings → General → About.
  • Sign-in method per CLI. Settings → Subscriptions lets each CLI use its subscription or an API key.
  • Roadmap items one by one: start, pause, move, edit or delete a single item.

Changed

  • Data folder is now %APPDATA%\Korvenia Builder. The old %APPDATA%\ai-village is moved there on first launch, with your village, agents and stored keys intact. If the old version is still open, nothing is moved and you are asked to close it first.
  • Antigravity CLI is off by default until you accept Google's terms and the account risk.

Good to know

  • The app is not code-signed. Windows may say "Windows protected your PC": choose More info → Run anyway. Every release is scanned on VirusTotal; the results and SHA-256 checksums are on the Security page.
  • Claude Code, Codex and Antigravity usage is not included: you sign in to each CLI with your own account.
  • CLI agents run commands without asking. Use git on projects that matter.
  • Windows 10/11, 64-bit only.
